Please ensure you return goods in condition of receipt and lodge an email request with admin whatsup@tonezzz.com.au for your reasons within 5 working days of receiving. No further fees or questions will be asked. We back this product 100%.

Defective Goods

If you receive goods that are not quite right, please call, email, shout out and let us know as soon as received within 5 working days. We are here to help you and Tonezzz will action a new replacement immediately. All emails to Whatsup@tonezzz.com.au for any issues on defects, faulty, missing parts or not working correctly. Please provide the following information:

  • Name of Purchaser and Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Return

Again, we 100% Guarantee our product and we want our Customers to be happy with Tonezzz purchase.

Warranty Against Defects

Tonezzz Australia Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer law. During the warranty period you are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. In some circumstances where the goods fail, you may be entitled to a replacement/refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss/damage. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and Tonezzz’s Limited Warranty will replace Products sold without charge should any manufacturing defects appear in Tonezzz Products within the warranty period (1 year), commencing on the date of original purchase. You are entitled to have defective Product/s replaced or refunded in accordance with your rights under law. The benefits given to you by this Warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies you may have under the applicable law and nothing in this Warranty purports to restrict, modify or exclude your legal rights as a consumer under the relevant Australian law.

How to claim:

To make a claim under this warranty, you should contact the seller who sold you the Product or contact the Tonezzz Tech Wiz and Co-Founder Dean at 0407 969 888 or email our Customer Support Team at whatsup@tonezzz.com.au. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective Product unless notified otherwise.

Terms of Service

Tonezzz are a team of good super talented people with unbelievable product and sometimes things just go wrong especially with freight. Tonezzz will aim to work through any issue or problem with common sense that arises. Indemnification You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tonezzz, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, costs, and liabilities, including legal fees, made by any third party due to any form of injury whilst using, accident due to incorrect use or overuse, and dangerous situations whilst using our product. Please do not operate machinery, vehicles, moving objects whilst using.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ordering, purchase and delivery of Tonezzz Australia products on www.tonezzz.com.au (“Tonezzz's Online Store”). Products purchased through the Tonezzz Online Store (“Products”) are sold and distributed by Tonezzz Pty Ltd ABN 86 618 910 697 (“we”, “us” or “our”). The Products on the Tonezzz Store are available for purchase Worldwide. These Terms and Conditions do not cover Products not purchased from the Tonezzz Store or sale of products by third parties to you. Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The terms of our Privacy Policy are made part of these Terms and Conditions by this reference. Order

You can place an order for Tonezzz Products by following the instructions on the Tonezzz Online Store (“Order”). An email will be sent through to you with an order confirmation once we have received your Order (“Order Confirmation”). Receiving an Order Confirmation or email confirming the processing of your Order does not constitute the acceptance of your Order. All Orders placed with Tonezzz are subject to our acceptance and no contract will be formed for the purchase of Products until your Order is accepted by delivering the Product to you and providing you with a shipment confirmation email and/or providing a service to you. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “Service” means the performance of a task such as; providing assistance or access to any resource/s (e.g. access to an information database) that we make available to you. We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to reject, limit or decline your Order, for various reasons including if:

(a) you do not accept these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy);

(b) you do not provide a valid shipping address;

(c) your payment for the Order is unsuccessful;

(d) the Product you have ordered is not available or will not be available within thirty (30) days;

(e) the information you provided us is incomplete or inaccurate, or

(f) if there are any errors in connection with your Order or the Tonezzz Online Store.

(g) if under 13 years of age without permission from parent / guardian

If your Order is declined, rejected or limited after you have made payment, we will notify you of this and refund the full amount paid. If there are any errors on the Tonezzz Online Store that affects your Order or if there is error takes place involving the price of the Product you ordered, we reserve the right to correct the error and will endeavor to notify you of this. In the event of this occurrence, you may choose to either choose purchase the Product at the correct price or information, or you can cancel your Order and be refunded for the amount paid.

(a) Your Order; (b) these Terms and Conditions; (c) our Privacy Policy, and (d) any associated Tonezzz warranty statements, license agreements, applicable attachments and documents created pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, will form the contract between us (the “Contract”). Any additional documentation or communications are not valid or binding on us unless they have been expressly agreed to by us in writing.

Prices and Offers

All prices are in Australian dollars and unless specified otherwise, include all applicable taxes and standard delivery charges within Australia. All promotional prices are final prices and cannot be combined with other existing promotional offers. Offers, prices, specifications and availability of Product may change or be withdrawn without notice. Tonezzz takes no responsibility for any photographic, typographic or editorial errors, and may correct any errors, change or update any information on the Tonezzz Online Store without giving prior notice. Subject to a reduction in price in accordance with the succeeding paragraph below, unless a change in price is caused by our own error, any change in Product price will not affect you once you have been issued with an Order Confirmation. If the price of a Tonezzz Product (excluding any items that are on clearance, promotion or discount) is reduced on the Tonezzz Online Store after you have purchased it from us, you may contact us to request for a refund of the difference in the amount paid and the reduced sum within seven (7) days of delivery of the Product or Service. For clarity, this is not a price match guarantee, and we will not match the prices offered by other retailers for the same Product.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we (including our related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents) Exclude all liability arising from your use of the Tonezzz Online Store, any error or mistake occurring on the Tonezzz Online Store, any interruption of use, any bugs, viruses, malware, Trojan horse virus or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the Tonezzz Online Store or any links to third party websites from the Tonezzz Online Store. Title and Risk of Loss

When you purchase Tonezzz Products, title is transferred to you on delivery. You undertake to pass us title to any returned hardware Products free from all encumbrances. For each hardware Product, the risk of loss or damage will pass to you on delivery of the Product.

Privacy

Tonezzz and its related companies will process, store and use personal information collected from you or on your behalf from your transaction on the Tonezzz online Store. Tonezzz may disclose or share your personal information with the Product manufacturer, the Product manufacturer’s Customer Support Centre which may be located outside of Australia, an authorized repairer or third-party service providers whom we work with in the course of our business including customer support, delivery, security, financial and legal advisory, banking, payment processing, web-cart hosting and support, credit reporting, fraud checks, data storage, information processing, order tracking, marketing, product reviews, responding to customer queries and complaints, technology services or law enforcement agency for compliance purposes or to assist with investigations. You acknowledge that any Product that you return to us may be sent to the Product manufacturer, a repairer or a third-party service provider. If the Product you return contains personal information, you consent to us disclosing any such personal information contained in the returned Product to Product manufacturer, a repairer or a third-party service provider. By purchasing from the Tonezzz Store and providing us with your personal information, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. Shipping Policy

Australian Shipping

YES, WE SHIP TO ALL GLORIOUS PARTS OF AUSTRALIA.

Shipping is calculated on checkout; local Brisbane Pickups are available. Delivery time depends on the delivery location and is estimated to be one (1) week after your order to most major metropolitan areas, and two (2) weeks after shipment to other areas. Items in your Order may be shipped together or separately.

International Shipping

YES, WE SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. WHAT ABOUT THE EXTRA CHARGES THAT SOMETIMES INCUR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

We do charge $30 AUD for shipping on any orders. Each country is different with customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Unfortunately, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer receiving. Tonezzz will ensure that your goods are delivered safely, undamaged and in a timely manner within your Country's customs regulations. Tonezzz will shop best freight company for your allocated area, like reputable freighters FedEx, DHL, UPS, Global Express, TNT or other. The actual amount charged by customs may be $0 or can differ for each country and this amount, if applicable will be communicated to you with an invoice from the Freight company. If unsure on extra costs, please contact your local Customs office for further details or request to Whatsup@tonezzz.com.au
